第二届中国—东盟暨新加坡文化经贸交流大会在昆明成功举办

The 2nd China-ASEAN & Singapore Cultural and Economic & Trade Exchange Conference Successfully Held in Kunming 

       2026年10月20日，国际自贸文创联盟第二届中国—东盟暨新加坡企业家“探索昆明”文化经贸交流大会在昆明隆重举行。大会立足中国—东盟战略合作新节点，聚焦文旅康养、先进制造、现代服务、文创贸易、冷链物流、现代农业、医疗卫生、科创金融、国际教育等重点领域，搭建中国、东盟、新加坡多边企业精准对接、资源互通、产业互联的高端经贸合作平台，有力助推云南面向南亚东南亚辐射中心建设。

       On October 20, 2026, the 2nd China-ASEAN & Singapore Entrepreneurs "Explore Kunming" Cultural and Economic & Trade Exchange Conference hosted by the International Free Trade Cultural and Creative Alliance kicked off grandly in Kunming. Based on the new milestone of China-ASEAN strategic cooperation, the conference focuses on key sectors including cultural tourism and wellness, advanced manufacturing, modern services, cultural and creative trade, cold-chain logistics, modern agriculture, medical and health care, sci-tech finance and international education. It builds a high-end economic and trade cooperation platform for enterprises from China, ASEAN and Singapore to carry out targeted docking, share resources and achieve industrial connectivity, giving strong impetus to building Yunnan into a powerhouse of China’s opening-up to South Asia and Southeast Asia. 

       2026年是中国—东盟建立对话关系35周年、中国—东盟全面战略伙伴关系建立5周年，是双方深化互利合作、续写睦邻友好、共建命运共同体的关键之年。在此重要历史契机下，大会以“探索昆明、链接东盟、赋能经贸、共创未来”为核心主旨，通过城市推介、产业分享、政策解读、项目签约、企业路演、一对一精准洽谈、公益捐赠、荣誉表彰等丰富环节，推动中外市场主体深度交流、务实合作，助力更多优质项目、高端资源落地昆明、赋能云南。

       The year 2026 marks the 35th anniversary of the establishment of China-ASEAN dialogue relations and the fifth anniversary of the China-ASEAN Comprehensive Strategic Partnership. It is a crucial year for both sides to deepen mutually beneficial cooperation, continue good-neighborly friendship and jointly build a community with a shared future. Seizing this important historic opportunity, the conference adopts the core theme of "Explore Kunming, Connect with ASEAN, Empower Economy and Trade, Create a Shared Future". Through diversified sessions including city promotion, industrial sharing, policy interpretation, project signing, enterprise roadshows, one-on-one targeted negotiations, public welfare donations and commendation ceremonies, it promotes in-depth exchanges and pragmatic cooperation between Chinese and foreign market entities, helping more high-quality projects and premium resources settle in Kunming and energize Yunnan’s development. 

       本次大会由昆明市社会科学院担任指导，国际自贸文创联盟发起，由国际自贸文创联盟、东盟中国工商总会、新加坡文化经贸交流协会联合主办，DCSC Holding Pte. Ltd.（新加坡）、复观明（上海）文化发展有限公司联合承办。大会汇聚东盟及新加坡优质企业代表团、上海、四川、云南各地商协会负责人、行业龙头企业家、投融资机构代表等多方嘉宾，阵容多元、覆盖面广、专业性强。

       Guided by the Kunming Academy of Social Sciences, initiated by the International Free Trade Cultural and Creative Alliance, the conference is co-hosted by the International Free Trade Cultural and Creative Alliance, ASEAN-China General Chamber of Commerce and Singapore Cultural and Economic & Trade Exchange Association, and co-organized by DCSC Holding Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) and Fuguanming (Shanghai) Cultural Development Co., Ltd. The event gathers delegations of high-quality enterprises from ASEAN and Singapore, leaders of chambers of commerce from Shanghai, Sichuan and Yunnan, leading industrial entrepreneurs, and representatives of investment and financing institutions, featuring a diverse, wide-ranging and professional lineup of guests. 

       当日上午举行隆重的开幕仪式，整场活动秩序井然、氛围热烈。在庄严的中、新两国国歌奏唱完毕后，昆明市社会科学院党组书记、院长赵龙，云南省文旅厅原副厅长、省政府参事花泽飞，东盟—中国工商总会副会长、新加坡文化经贸交流协会会长陈俊雄，《人民艺术》杂志主编、人民艺术创作院院长李优良，国际自贸文创联盟主席、艺术家曾英杰分别登台致辞，从政策机遇、产业前景、文化交流、经贸合作、人文互通等角度，深度阐释中国与东盟、新加坡深化全方位合作的广阔前景与时代价值。

       A grand opening ceremony was held on the morning of the day in an orderly and warm atmosphere. After the solemn national anthems of China and Singapore were played, Zhao Long, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and President of Kunming Academy of Social Sciences; Hua Zefei, former Deputy Director of Yunnan Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism and Counselor of Yunnan Provincial People’s Government; Chen Junxiong, Vice President of ASEAN-China General Chamber of Commerce and President of Singapore Cultural and Economic & Trade Exchange Association; Li Youliang, Editor-in-Chief of People’s Art Magazine and President of People’s Art Creation Institute; and Zeng Yingjie, Chairman of the International Free Trade Cultural and Creative Alliance and artist, delivered speeches respectively. They elaborated on the broad prospects and contemporary value of deepening all-round cooperation between China, ASEAN and Singapore from the perspectives of policy opportunities, industrial outlook, cultural exchange, economic and trade collaboration and people-to-people connectivity. 

       会上，昆明市投资促进局副局长详细解读昆明市重点产业布局、招商引资优惠政策、营商环境优势及跨境合作机遇，为海内外企业投资昆明、落地云南提供清晰指引与精准参考。

       At the conference, the Deputy Director of Kunming Investment Promotion Bureau gave a detailed interpretation of Kunming’s key industrial layout, preferential investment policies, strengths in business environment and cross-border cooperation opportunities, providing clear guidance and accurate reference for domestic and overseas enterprises to invest in Kunming and set up businesses in Yunnan.

       Li Yuming, President of Yunnan Private Entrepreneurs Association, attended the conference and signed strategic cooperation agreements on behalf of the association with the Singapore Cultural and Economic & Trade Exchange Association and the International Free Trade Cultural and Creative Alliance respectively. This marks the official launch of a regular mechanism for economic and trade exchanges, industrial docking and resource sharing between Yunnan and Singapore as well as Yunnan and ASEAN, laying a solid foundation for follow-up regular mutual visits, project implementation and joint industrial development.

       为表彰先进、树立标杆、激励行业创新发展，大会隆重颁发星爵奖、星爵贡献奖，对在跨境经贸、文化交流、产业赋能领域做出突出贡献的机构与个人予以表彰，充分发挥示范引领作用，激发行业创新活力。

       To recognize outstanding achievers, set benchmarks and spur innovative industrial development, the Star Lord Award and Star Lord Contribution Award were presented at the conference. Institutions and individuals that have made remarkable contributions in cross-border economy and trade, cultural exchange and industrial empowerment were commended, so as to give full play to the exemplary and leading role and stimulate innovation vitality of the industry.

       Integrating economic and trade exchanges with public welfare, the conference carries a warm humanitarian touch. Lisa, Executive Chairperson of the International Free Trade Cultural and Creative Alliance and Chairperson of DCSC Holding Pte. Ltd., together with Zeng Yingjie, Chairman of the Alliance and artist, made a joint public welfare donation to support the education development of Qiaoguang Primary School in Xishan District and Changchun Primary School in Wuhua District, Kunming. They have practiced corporate social responsibility with concrete actions and boosted the high-quality development of basic education in Yunnan.

       As outstanding domestic enterprises representatives, Yunnan Betaine Biotechnology Group Co., Ltd. and Yunnan Fenglongwan Cultural Tourism Group Co., Ltd. delivered industrial promotions and project roadshows. They showcased high-quality projects, technological achievements and cooperation demands in cross-border trade, cultural and creative industry, wellness cultural tourism, sci-tech innovation services and other fields, building an efficient bridge for two-sided precise matching and project landing. 

       下午专场对接活动精彩纷呈，开启高密度、精准化商务洽谈模式。新加坡及东盟企业集中开展专场路演推介，详细介绍海外市场资源、合作模式与投资机遇。活动设置自由交流、精准配对洽谈环节，中外企业家面对面深度沟通、互学互鉴、对接需求、探寻商机，达成多项初步合作意向，交流成果丰硕、务实成效显著。

       Special matchmaking sessions in the afternoon were wonderful, featuring intensive and targeted business negotiations. Enterprises from Singapore and ASEAN held special roadshows to introduce overseas market resources, cooperation models and investment opportunities in detail. Free communication and targeted pairing negotiation sessions were arranged for Chinese and foreign entrepreneurs to communicate face to face, learn from each other, align demands and explore business opportunities. A number of preliminary cooperation intentions were reached, yielding fruitful exchanges and remarkable practical outcomes. 

       大会最后，主办方对本次活动成果进行全面总结致谢，梳理合作共识、盘点对接成果，并表示将以本次大会为新起点，持续常态化举办多边经贸交流活动，畅通中国与东盟、新加坡企业合作渠道，推动更多产业项目、商贸资源、文化成果落地云南。

       At the closing of the conference, the organizers delivered a comprehensive summary and expressed gratitude to all participants, sorted out cooperation consensus and reviewed matchmaking results. They stated that taking this conference as a new starting point, they will continue to hold regular multilateral economic and trade exchange events, smooth cooperation channels for enterprises from China, ASEAN and Singapore, and promote more industrial projects, commercial resources and cultural achievements to take root in Yunnan. 

       此次第二届中国—东盟暨新加坡文化经贸交流大会的成功举办，有效打通了昆明—东盟—新加坡经贸文化互联互通渠道，进一步擦亮了昆明面向南亚东南亚对外开放的城市名片，为深化中国与东盟、新加坡多领域务实合作、构建更为紧密的中国—东盟命运共同体注入全新动能。未来，各方将持续依托大会平台优势，深耕产业合作、强化人文互通、扩大经贸往来，实现优势互补、互利共赢、协同发展。

       The successful convening of the 2nd China-ASEAN & Singapore Cultural and Economic & Trade Exchange Conference has effectively opened up channels for economic, trade and cultural connectivity between Kunming, ASEAN and Singapore, further burnishing Kunming’s city brand of opening-up toward South Asia and Southeast Asia. It injects fresh momentum into deepening multi-field pragmatic cooperation between China, ASEAN and Singapore and building a closer China-ASEAN community with a shared future. Going forward, all parties will continue to leverage the strengths of this conference platform, deepen industrial cooperation, strengthen people-to-people exchanges and expand economic and trade ties to achieve complementary advantages, mutual benefit, win-win results and coordinated development.
